Security and Data Protection

Enterprise integration with security-focused design

ArgitAI is designed by ARGIT Solutions Private Limited to help authorized users interact with SAP Business One through supported integrations while respecting the business need for access control, confidentiality and accountability.

1. Integration architecture

ArgitAI uses supported SAP Business One integration interfaces, including Service Layer functions where available. SAP Business One remains the underlying ERP system of record.

Deployment arrangements may depend on customer requirements, including whether the connected SAP environment is hosted on-premises or by a provider.

2. Identity and access

ArgitAI aims to associate authorized user identities with allowed companies, modules and business actions. Effective security requires both application-level restrictions and actual SAP account permissions.

3. Connection security

Production connections should use HTTPS with valid TLS certificate verification, secure session handling and protected application configuration. Credentials, tokens and secrets should not be exposed through standard conversational tool output.

4. Minimum necessary access

Customer administrators should grant only the data access and business operations required for each role. ArgitAI should avoid unnecessary duplication or exposure of customer ERP data.

When results are returned to a third-party AI client, that client's data-handling terms and settings also apply.

5. Controlled write operations

Where transaction capabilities exist, write actions should be validated against ERP business rules and require appropriate authorization and explicit user confirmation. Sensitive transactions may require independent approval.

6. Monitoring, audit and incident response

Appropriately scoped security logs and transaction references may support troubleshooting, accountability and incident investigation. Diagnostic logging should minimize sensitive information and follow published retention schedules.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers should maintain SAP licenses, user accounts, permitted roles, system availability, backup arrangements and data governance. Customers decide which information their staff may share through AI-connected interfaces.

8. Security reporting

To report a suspected vulnerability or security concern, contact:

Email: info@argitsolutions.in

Subject: “ArgitAI – Security Concern”

Do not send passwords, secret keys, or unredacted customer confidential information through ordinary email.

9. Scope of commitments

The actual technical, contractual and operational safeguards for each deployment are governed by the implemented ArgitAI version and applicable customer agreement. This website page is a general description and does not supersede negotiated customer security obligations.
