Implement, configure, and support SAP Business One ERP to streamline business processes, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations across all modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and prepare Business Blueprint documents
- Configure SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Service
- Manage end-to-end implementation and upgrades
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams
- Create and modify Crystal Reports and SQL queries
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation
- Support add-on development and third-party integrations (WMS, CRM, EDI)
- Recommend process improvements and automation
Skills Knowledge
- SAP B1 (HANA / SQL Server) - strong functional expertise
- Crystal Reports & SQL Query writing
- Good understanding of ERP workflows and approvals
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business, or IT
- 5+ years SAP B1 implementation & support experience
- SAP B1 Certification (preferred)
